Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.We are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the European or South American markets from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive country-specific business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets and establish market dominance.Develop market entry strategies, build key partnerships, and establish alliances with affiliates and introducing brokers.Build, coach and lead local sales teams from scratch, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture through effective training, coaching, and motivation.Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits, managing key accounts and high-value partners personally.Gain insight into local competitive landscape, regulatory environments, and customer needs within the CFD / cryptocurrency / fintech industry.Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of senior sales or leadership experience in Contracts for Difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency, or online trading/internet finance industry.Proven track record of building sales teams from scratch and leading them to exceed targets.Experience in establishing partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers (IBs), with a relevant network preferred.Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Global perspective, ability to work independently from any location, and willingness to travel frequently for business as needed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures.Preferred QualificationsProficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, French).Existing customer or partner network in the European or South American market.Experience with Go-to-Market Strategy in designated regions and deep understanding of Sales Funnel and CRM tools.Key AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset and proactive business operator.Exceptional leadership: inspire others, build loyalty and attract top talent.Strategic thinking: devise and execute accurate plans.Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced dynamic environments.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Benefits & CompensationWe provide uncapped income potential with a generous base salary and a commission structure directly tied to performance.
