Location : Milan (preferred)
Industry : Active Semiconductor Components
Travel : Up to 50% across Italy + occasional EMEA
Join a fast-growing, technically innovative distributor and manufacturer of semiconductor components, uniquely positioned to deliver tailored solutions across industrial, defence, aerospace, and transportation sectors.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and accelerate revenue
Build deep relationships with strategic customers, positioning us as a trusted partner
Act as an individual contributor initially, with a clear path to leading a small team and local office
Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with customer needs
What You Bring
5+ years of sales leadership in the active semiconductor space
Proven success in consultative selling and business development
Experience across industrial, defence, aerospace, or transportation markets
Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Fluent in Italian and English
Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and occasionally across EMEA
Previous team management experience is a strong advantage
