Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a successful sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.You will be responsible for:* Lead the execution of the sales strategy across your region, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.* Manage and coach a regional sales team, setting clear targets and supporting their development.* Develop new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and solutions.* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service and support.* Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to manage contracts and align strategic initiatives.* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.* Regularly travel to customer and project sites to build strong and fruitful customer relationships directly or for team support* Intensely support forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with production and finance* Represent Lincoln Electric at industry events, seminars, and customer visits.Job Requirements* 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or automation sectors.* Proven experience in team leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.* Analytical and problem-solving skills;* Ability to coordinate between different departments.* Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.* Willingness to travel regularly across the region EMEA ( especially in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania and SpainLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
