Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn.About This Opportunity:The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective leadership and management of the sales team for the SEEMEA region. This role requires a strategic mindset to manage long-term sales strategies while achieving short-term sales targets. The Regional Sales Director will oversee hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales talent, and will work closely with other departments to refine sales strategies and processes.Primary responsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Account Managers, and/or other revenue professionalsHire, onboard, coach, develop, motivate, and retain top-performing sales professionalsDrive revenue generation by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business dealsMaintain and update a sales playbook to reflect evolving business needs and strategiesUtilize a consultative selling approach to understand and address client needsPresent actionable data to C-level executives in a clear and succinct mannerCollaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and processesManage multiple responsibilities including sales management, strategy development, and lead generationEnsure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across global officesMonitor sales metrics and performance to ensure team successRequirements10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or software companyExperience in B2B software salesMust be Fluent in Italian and EnglishProven experience in Human Resources/Learning Technology industryProven experience leading and developing sales teamsProven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targetsExcellent oral and written English communication skillsStrong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales processAbility and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally up to 30%Benefits & PerksGenerous Vacation Policy, plus extra floating holidays to use for religious or cultural events that matter to youEmployee Share Purchase PlanCareer progression/internal mobility opportunitiesFour employee resource groups to get involved with (the Docebo Women's Alliance, PRIDE, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors)WeWork partnership and “Work from Anywhere” programHybrid Office ModelWe believe when people are together, they develop deeper relationships and accelerate innovation.
