Let’s make it happen!About the role :The Regional Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the regional product marketing strategy, working with the Bulgarian and regional Marketing teams to execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns, shape compelling product messaging, and drive business growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will be a key driver in positioning our products effectively to the region, enabling sales teams, and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with target audiences. This is a strategic leadership role where you will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our market presence and deliver measurable results.What you’ll do :Develop and execute the regional product marketing strategy.Build compelling regional marketing strategies that drive engagement both product and, brand awareness, customer engagement and deliver tangible resultsDrive regional specific tailoring to the product marketing lifecycle, responsible for product KPIs and actioning data-driven campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention within the regionProactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growthAlign messaging across multiple business units to ensure consistency and effectivenessCraft compelling creative strategies and marketing assets to execute through marketing channelsCreate clear, engaging narratives that differentiate us in the marketDefine and optimize product positioning to highlight unique value propositions relevant to regional market conditions and opportunitiesDevelop presentations and materials aimed at engaging and informing partners, executives, and sales teamsDrive Market Insights & Performance OptimizationEstablish and track product and campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness of product marketing strategiesLeverage product performance and customer data to inform marketing decisionsConduct market research to stay ahead of trends, understand customer needs and behavior and monitor the competitionLead Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with relevant Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment across activity to deliver against sales targets, the product roadmap and marketing activityGet buy in from key stakeholders around the business on go-to-market plans, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement programsCoordinate Product Marketing activity with other Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiativesThis role is perfect for you if you have :4+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or content marketingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating compelling content and presentationsStrategic mindset, capable of aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectivesProficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive data-informed decision-makingExperience in fintech and payments would be considered an advantageWhy you should join myPOS :Vibrant international team operating in hi-tech environmentAnnual salary reviews, promotions and performance bonusesmyPOS Academy for upskilling and trainingUnlimited access to courses on LinkedIn LearningAnnual individual training and development budgetRefer a friend bonus as we know that working with friends is funTeambuilding, social activities and networks on a multi-national levelWhat we offer :26 days annual paid leaveHealth InsuranceReimbursement of transportation expenses for the metro / trainWho we are :Since 2014 we’ve been all about making payments easier and more accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
