THE ROLE
The Regional Product Manager - APAC is responsible for driving product performance and assortment strategy across all Off-White product categories (RTW, Accessories, Shoes, Bags) within the APAC region. This role ensures that regional buying, product mix, and sales strategies reflect brand DNA, regional consumer insights, and market trends, while achieving financial targets.
The position serves as a strategic bridge between global merchandising, distribution channels and partners to maximize commercial opportunities across the region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define and execute seasonal assortment strategies across all categories, aligning with global guidelines and APAC commercial priorities.
Support buying sessions for APAC distribution and wholesale partners.
Ensure optimal SKU productivity, depth, and width of assortments tailored to regional
Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance KPIs for all categories.
Analyze sell-through, stock levels, and product lifecycle to recommend in-season actions : reorders, consolidations, markdowns, and transfers.
Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape, macro trends, and client preferences specific to APAC countries.
Communicate regional trends and business opportunities to global merchandising and design teams.
Provide assortment and buying recommendations for key APAC wholesale partners.
Review performance and collaborate on tailored assortments to grow the business.
Prepare weekly and seasonal reporting highlighting wins, risks, and commercial opportunities.
Support global teams with detailed feedback on product performance, regional needs, and market gaps.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
4+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
Experience managing multiple categories and / or multiple countries in APAC.
Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.
Fluent in English and Italian; additional asian languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel across the region.
