What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and develop the regional Operations team to achieve organizational goals and foster company culture
Oversee end-to-end tour logistics, ensuring traveler safety and satisfaction
Manage vendor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Identify and implement operational process improvements to enhance efficiency
Prepare detailed operational reports and forecasts to support senior leadership decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the regional travel industry
Strong understanding of European travel markets and regional geography
Proven leadership experience, including managing and training operational staff
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Fluent in English, with additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian) as a strong plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Hands‑on experience managing multi‑day tours
Previous tour leading experience
Crisis and incident management experience
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
Bachelor's degree
