Make It Uniquely Yours.As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his / her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).How you will contributeYour role and responsibilities :Improve sites overall KPIS and performance through creating culture of continuous improvement from operators to managementLeading step by step Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementationEnsure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needsHands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses. Developing and improving standards and create work process to prevent failures to recure.Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management process and Support site in identifying potential cost improvement projectEncourage replication - drives change by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to followConduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor)Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams & key group decision-makersYou have ambition, the desire to evolve and boost your career, and the following experience and knowledge :Operational experience is a must have for this role.
