Oversee the HR operations and strategy of multiple campuses in private education based in Kenya and Botswana, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, driving change initiatives, and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and people-focused culture.**Note: Previous experience working in Africa or a willingness to relocate to Kenya is essential.Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Industrial Psychology8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/management roleRegistration with relevant HR professional bodyBroad knowledge of employment law, compensation, talent management, and employee relationsProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and HR systemsKey Performance Areas:Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectivesAct as strategic HR partner to leadership, driving change and transformationOversee full talent lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retentionGuide performance management processes and foster continuous feedback cultureEnsure fair and competitive compensation practices; manage salary benchmarkingPromote effective employee relations and ensure compliance with labour legislationLead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiativesProvide regular HR reporting, analytics, and data-driven insightsUphold HR governance, mitigate risk, and ensure policy complianceDrive positive culture and embed values across the regionDesired Skills:HR StrategyHR ManagementEmployee RelationsIndustrial RelationsPerformance managementHR PoliciesSuccession PlanningOrganisational DevelopmentEmployee EngagementDesired Qualification Level:Degree
