They require someone with intelligence, perseverance, and enthusiasm—someone like you.DescriptionThe Regional Corporate Chef is responsible for executing local product and application trainings, including start-up trainings for new employees. The role emphasizes maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the Foodservice Industry and Culinary arts, contributing to the development of RATIONAL demo formats in collaboration with the National Corporate Chef. The position involves implementing quality measures such as audits, coaching, and training. Collaboration with the National Corporate Chef, Regional Sales Managers, Freelancers, and Marketing is essential.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct local product and application trainings, including start-up sessions for new employeesQualify and audit RATIONAL cooking eventsSupport the NCC in developing the local sales teamAssist in managing and expanding the freelance networkOrganize exhibitions, including menu planning, training, application staff coordination, HACCP compliance, food logistics, and back-office tasksImplement the RATIONAL Customer Lifecycle concept locally (Academy, Unit introduction, Culinary Schools, ConnectedCooking)Develop and execute application concepts tailored to target groupsSupport local activities for Key Account and Sales teamsCollaborate with NCC on application support and development for Key AccountsWork closely with the Service team to provide optimal support in the territoryProvide consultation on application questions via phone and in personGather and analyze local application requirements and food trendsNetwork with local chefs, consultants, and industry influencersEnsure the highest quality of food in all eventsDevelop local recipes for ConnectedCooking and manage related training sessionsEnsure the quality standards of Training CentersContinuously train and coach RATIONAL Freelance ChefsPractical BackgroundExperience as a sous-chef or executive chefStrong food and kitchen knowledgeExperience as a culinary instructor preferredAdditional education in business, nutrition, or hospitality management is a plusPrevious experience with RATIONAL equipmentExperience working with partners and customers preferredUnderstanding customer needsExcellent presentation skills and ability to conduct trainingFluent in Italian and English, both verbal and writtenWillingness to travel (approx. 20% office, 80% travel)Valid driver's licensePersonal QualitiesTeam-orientedPassionate about food and cookingEnthusiastic, adaptable, and organizedInnovative, flexible, and open-mindedHonest and professional, capable of building customer relationshipsCustomer-focused communicatorPositive mindset, success-driven, and innovativeTarget-oriented, assertive, and inspiringOrganizationWork in a dynamic, international company with strong sales growthEmphasis on individual responsibility and self-control within a lean, process-oriented structureWe value qualifications above all, regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or religion.
