REF083The art of administration is to work smarter, not harder, ensuring that every detail serves the bigger picture.Ennova Research is looking for an Administration Specialist to handle administrative tasks related to tendering procedures in both the public and private sectors.ResponsibilitiesIdentify tenders and market offers through dedicated portals.Verify requirements and feasibility.Prepare necessary administrative documentation for participation in tender procedures, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines outlined in the Tender Specifications.Monitor deadlines and schedules.Submit tenders electronically and/or via traditional paper submission.Monitor the award process.Request access to tender-related documents.Manage procedures in case of awards, including contract signing, renewals, and guarantees.Register and update Supplier Registers and manage accreditation with public and private entities.Required SkillsSolid knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).Preferred QualificationsBasic knowledge of E-Procurement systems and regional procurement systems for Public Administrations.Knowledge of the Acquistinretepa portal of the Public Administration (MEPA), Agreements, Framework Agreements, and Dynamic Acquisition System.Familiarity with the ANAC portal and related procedures.RequirementsDegree in Law or related fields (preferred).At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate services.Soft SkillsPrecision, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, collaborative attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.LocationMestre-VeniceThe data will be processed and stored exclusively for present and future selection purposes, guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003.Ennova Research guarantees equal opportunities.
