Client: Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of soft contact lensesand related products and services.
Job Summery: Responsible to achieve sales targets and personal performance objectives in line with company objectives and policies.
Essential Functions:
To manage assigned Regional Key customers and all other relevant customers within the defined territory delivering both revenue and profitability growth, consistently with the overall commercial strategy of the Company.
To accomplish sales targets, including revenue and sales mix thanks to the effective implementation of the agreed activities and a day-by-day call plan aligned with expectations. Optimize the travel time to improve prospecting activities and the customers’ visit efficiency.
To represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions and meetings
To accurately complete all reporting and administrative duties as laid down at any time including the upkeep of the designated CRM system and a complete set of customer records for the designated area to ensure all knowledge is shared for the company benefit.
Any other related duties connected with the Company’s business.
Requirements:
As a preference be educated to degree level or equivalent (e.g. Economics, Business).
3-5 years of experience in a professional business to business environment; consumer health industry, optician environment is an advantage.
Work experience in a commercial function, preferably B2B sales or customer relationship
English will be a plus.
Commercial travel requirements: 80% or more
