We’re looking for our first Field Sales Recruiter Consultant to join us in Italy and lay the foundation for how we attract and grow top talent across the country.This isn’t a back-office resourcing role. You’ll be on the phone most of the day, speaking to candidates, assessing mutual fit and pitching them a real opportunity to join a vibrant sales myPOS community.If you\'re passionate about helping people take the next step in their self-employed sales journey and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment, this role could be your perfect fit. Ultimately, you’ll be building the foundation of our recruitment efforts in Italy and shaping how we scale and succeed from day one.
What you\'ll doSpeak with candidates most of the day, every day — pitch, assess and inspireGuide candidates through each step of the process, from first call to onboardingPost locally tailored job ads and manage 3rd party job boardsSource candidates proactively across platforms, referrals, outreach, and passive channelsReview applications and shortlist high-potential candidates quickly and accuratelyCoordinate interviews and act as the link between candidates and Territory ManagersPrepare offers, support onboarding, and ensure all documentation is in placeKeep candidate profiles and internal trackers accurate and up to dateDeliver a consistently positive, respectful candidate experienceUse hiring data to spot trends, improve performance, and share insights with Territory Managers
QualificationsFluent in Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced in high-volume recruitment, sales, or a similar fast-paced environment, or confident you can quickly get up to speedComfortable on the phone all day, able to adapt your tone and pitch to a diverse range of candidatesTech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to modern recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platformsOrganised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyA master of execution, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things doneAbility to learn new systems, with the ability to optimise workflows and spot opportunities to automate or improve processesAble to work independently, while staying connected to team goals and collaborating closely with colleaguesAdaptable, curious and dependable, especially when things move quickly or change suddenly
