At Valmet, we are committed to sustainability and continuous growth, making it an ideal workplace for talented individuals to thrive.Valmet is looking for a HR Specialist to join our team in Lucca office on a 1-year temporary contract to carry out recruiting & selection and manage training activities.After a period of handover, the role works independently to complete given tasks.Your Key Responsibilities :Manage recruiting & selection activities (recruiting briefing with hiring managers, drafting job postings, scouting, conducting interviews, updating reports, and record keeping)Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions such as schools and universitiesPromote School Work Alternation projectsManage internships activationCooperate with the team to promote employer branding (talents attraction, participation in job and career fairs, organize and attend company presentations to student groups)Identify training needs, design, and deliver training programsOrganize and perform funded, non-funded, and internal training coursesTrack employee training, keep training archive and reports updatedSupport employees for various work needsInvolvement in projectsIdentify areas for improvement in current processes and practices, then contribute to the design and development of new solutionsDesign and carry out internal surveys to investigate employee experience and engagement, and develop initiatives based on the resultsLead or participate in various HR projects, development initiatives, and roll out of new or revised HR policies/processesContribute to the development of relevant HR policies and processesSupport managers on issues related to HRInteract with external consultants and suppliers to ensure satisfactory service standardsMain RequirementsDegree in psychology, communications, or economics followed by an HR masterAt least 1 year of experience in a similar roleFluent spoken and written Italian and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationWe offer :Work in a global organization with international customers and colleagues, in a dynamic and modern environmentBe part of an organization committed to innovation and excellenceInternal canteen free of chargeValmet brings together top talent from diverse backgrounds.
