At Valmet, we are committed to sustainability and continuous growth, making it an ideal workplace for talented individuals to thrive.Valmet is looking for a Recruiting & Training Specialist to join our team in Lucca on a 1-year temporary contract to carry out recruiting, selection, and training activities.After a handover period, the role operates independently to complete assigned tasks.Your Key Responsibilities:Manage recruiting and selection activities, including briefings with hiring managers, drafting job postings, scouting, conducting interviews, and maintaining reports and records.Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, promote school work alternation projects, and manage internship programs.Collaborate with the team to enhance employer branding through talent attraction, participation in job and career fairs, and organizing company presentations for students.Identify training needs, design, and deliver training programs, including funded, non-funded, and internal courses.Track employee training, maintain training archives, and prepare reports.Support employees with various work-related needs.Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and HR development initiatives.Design and conduct internal surveys to assess employee experience and engagement, developing initiatives based on results.Lead or participate in HR projects, policy development, and the rollout of new or revised HR policies and processes.Provide support to managers on HR-related issues within your expertise.Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.Main Requirements:Degree in psychology, communications, or economics, followed by an HR master’s degree.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Strong problem-solving skills.We Offer:Work in a dynamic, modern environment with international colleagues and customers.Be part of an organization dedicated to innovation and excellence.Internal canteen free of charge.Valmet brings together top talent from diverse backgrounds.
