At the St Regis Rome, we are looking for a Recruiting & Training Agent to join the HR Team (temporary contract).
The role will have the main focus on recruiting and hiring activities for the staff line, supporting the management team in sourcing new candidates, screening resumes, schedule interviews and complete the hiring process.
He/She will support the Training Supervisor in the HR soft activities related to Talent and Culture, if necessary, such as training, internal communication and events, in order to promote a positive work environment and employees engagement.
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude and efficient interpersonal and communication skills. He/She is an open minded person, focused on the HR field, with at least a previous experience in HR soft activities, especially in recruiting process, better if in Marriott hotels.
Position tasks:
Recruiting and Hiring (Talent Acquisition)
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance.
Use the Talent Acquisition program to create, post and close requisitions, following the internal procedures
Assist with internal transfers and external hires.
Coordinate with Job Agencies and Schools/Universities
Follow all employment compliance standards for newly hired employees (Job Requisition Files, Personnel Files, etc.)
Maintain and validate all personnel records in HR Systems
Follow-up on all outstanding new hire paperwork.
Coordinate on-boarding for new hires.
Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, online and in-person
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Training & Engagement support
Support the Training Supervisor to plan training session respecting deadlines and requests mandatory by Local/Regional law and by Company
Use the DLZ to monitor online trainings and generate reports
Curate relationships with the staff and promote an effective employee engagement.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all new associates according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Requested Qualification:
Education: Bachelor Degree and master in HR
Related Work Experience: At least 6 months of related work experience
English Language Proficiency
Good Computer Skills
