As part of its growth and expansion, Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Recruiter & HR Officer who qualifies under Legislation 68 / 99 based in Treviso but with expertise on resources across all of Italy on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Currie & Brown has been active in Italy since 2010. Over the past 10 years, we have helped both national and international clients implement their expansion plans in Italy in the hospitality and leisure, residential, commercial property, logistics, and Data Centre sectors.The role: what is it that we require you to doAs a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:Understanding our market and mapping potential candidates against current vacancies.Managing recruitment database administration, candidate liaison, interview scheduling, and acting as the point of contact with recruitment agencies and subscribed job boards.Coordinating recruitment updates with recruiters, updating the recruitment tracker, managing recruitment mailboxes, and providing weekly recruitment statistics to the UK recruitment team leader.Placing adverts on our company website, job boards, and LinkedIn.Utilizing LinkedIn for candidate networking and sourcing.Representing Currie & Brown professionally when speaking with candidates.Building relationships with candidates and managing them through the recruitment process.Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment diary.As HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:Managing and developing policies and project activities aligned with the HR strategy, legislative changes, and business needs.Managing HR projects in line with the Group’s people strategy.Collaborating to ensure excellence in processes.Ensuring legal and regulatory HR compliance for all employees and collaborators.Evaluating and implementing training programs and managing performance evaluations.Supporting continuous development within the team and improving processes.Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their needs.Ensuring effective integration of new resources.Managing administrative aspects related to personnel, such as payroll, vacation, sick leave, and contracts.Monitoring and evaluating employee performance through regular reviews.Managing communications with employees and collaborators.Maintaining communication with the Labor Consultant and HR team in London.What skills and attributes we require from you3 – 5 years of experience in HR and/or in-house recruitment.Experience in managing a work environment.Experience with recruitment applicant tracking systems and job boards (preferred but not essential).Degree preferred.Business / Professional level English skills essential.Knowledge of HR systems and IT skills such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and report writing.Resilience and ability to handle sensitive situations.Attention to detail, well-organized, diligent, and proactive.Team player with a positive attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.About YouAbout UsWhy choose Currie & Brown?We prioritize long-term commitments, are compassionate and inclusive, and invest in our people’s futures.
