Real Estate Valuer – JLL

What This Role Involves
We operate in the real estate Value and Risk Advisory sector, providing clients with core professional Value and Risk advisory services characterized by specialized expertise.
Our integrated, custom‑made professional advisory services are rooted in a profound understanding of those factors that contribute to determining the market value of real estate assets.
Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients, including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies, and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner‑occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, and entities for whom Real Estate is not a core business.
Property types: Land plots; Development projects (under‑planning or ongoing); Existing Buildings and/or building portions.
Sectors: Offices; Industrial & Logistics; High Street Retail & Retail Parks, Shopping Centres; Residential; Specialised Properties (e.g., Harbours and Marinas).
Key Responsibilities & Required Competencies
Producing and delivering valuation client reports while ensuring exceptional client service and quality.
Background & Experience
Economic or technical educational background welcomed.
RICS certification would be advantageous.
2‑3 years of experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
Background from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with international/European and local focus.
Familiarity with a wide range of real‑estate types (locations, uses, investment grades).
Technical Skills
Excellent financial analysis capabilities (proficient in DCF models).
Strong report writing abilities.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Personal Attributes
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and oral).
Collaborative team approach.
Proactive mindset.
Precision and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Responsabilità Principali e Competenze Richieste

Formazione ed Esperienza
Formazione economica o tecnica.
Certificazione RICS rappresenta un vantaggio.
2‑3 anni di esperienza in valutazioni immobiliari e attività correlate.
Provenienza da aziende di consulenza o corporate, preferibilmente con focus internazionale/europeo e locale.
Familiarità con un'ampia gamma di tipologie immobiliari (localizzazioni, destinazioni d'uso, gradi di investimento).
Competenze Tecniche
Eccellenti capacità di analisi finanziaria (competenza nei modelli DCF).
Ottime capacità di redazione report.
Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
Caratteristiche Personali
Ottimo italiano e inglese (scritto e orale).
