The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Villa Manager based in Tuscany who wants to build and manage their own villa portfolio under the Villaflair brand.
Ideal for someone who:

You will work independently while being fully supported by our experienced international team.
Your Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard villas in Tuscany (with a focus on Florence and surrounding areas)
Build and manage strong relationships with villa owners
Set up and optimize property listings
Manage bookings and availability
Oversee cleaning and maintenance partners
Handle operational issues in the villas
Communicate with local authorities when required
Provide concierge services and holiday planning support to guests
