Contractor management: tender, negotiate and supervise GC / subcontractors; enforce quality, timing and cost control. Site & compliance oversight: ensure works meet Italian building codes, health &- safety and ESG guidelines. Investor reporting: feed cost and progress data into the platform’s dashboards for full on-chain transparency.What We’re Looking ForMust-have 5+ years in Italy. Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects on budget and on schedule. Solid network of contractors, architects and suppliers. Strong financial literacy: can translate build costs into IRR / ROI models. Fluent Italian and professional English. Nice-to-have Architecture or civil-engineering licence. Experience with heritage / historical renovations. Familiarity with PropTech, BIM, or cost-tracking software.What We OfferEquity: 10–20%, depending on seniority and time commitment.
