Paradiso Estate is a blockchain-powered real-estate crowdfunding platform that lets anyone invest from €100 / USD / BTC in 6- to 12-month value-add projects across Italy. Our mission is to make property investing more accessible, transparent and data-driven.Operations & LocationInitial asset focus : Italy (Sicily & Rome pilot pipeline).Remote-first team; on-site inspections and contractor meetings in Italy as needed.Rome is our preferred face-to-face hub.Project StatusTech MVP in build : off-chain tokenisation + AI risk scoring.Three candidate properties (light & heavy refurb) in legal / technical due diligence.Founders in place : CEO (strategy), Tech Lead (blockchain), Legal Lead (CLO), Growth Lead (revenue).Goal : finalise the core team, launch first project, raise pre-seed capital.Role : Development & Construction Lead – Strategic Co-Founder ResponsibilitiesSource & assess properties : identify, underwrite and prioritise short-cycle refurbishment opportunities.Due diligence & budgeting : produce cap-ex plans, timelines, ROI forecasts and risk matrices.Design coordination : work with architects / engineers on project scope, permits and sustainability standards.Contractor management : tender, negotiate and supervise GC / subcontractors; enforce quality, timing and cost control.Site & compliance oversight : ensure works meet Italian building codes, health-&-safety and ESG guidelines.Investor reporting : feed cost and progress data into the platform’s dashboards for full on-chain transparency.What We’re Looking ForMust-have5+ years in real-estate development, refurbishment or construction project management in Italy.Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects on budget and on schedule.Solid network of contractors, architects and suppliers.Strong financial literacy : can translate build costs into IRR / ROI models.Fluent Italian and professional English.Nice-to-haveArchitecture or civil-engineering licence.Experience with heritage / historical renovations.Familiarity with PropTech, BIM, or cost-tracking software.What We OfferEquity : 10–20 %, depending on seniority and time commitment.Vesting : 4 years | 12-month cliff.Full co-founder voting rights; no salary until pre-seed round closes.Remote flexibility + travel budget for site visits in Italy.Chance to build the construction engine of a high-impact Web3 PropTech.Selection ProcessApply via LinkedIn or send your profile toIntro call with CEO (vision, fit, expectations).Strategic conversation : walk us through how you would structure and execute our first refurbishment project.Final meeting with co-founders → equity offer.Be part of the founding team bringing real-world property and Web3 finance together.
