What We’re Looking ForMust-have5+ years in real-estate development, refurbishment or construction project management in Italy.Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use projects on budget and on schedule.Solid network of contractors, architects and suppliers.Strong financial literacy: can translate build costs into IRR/ROI models.Fluent Italian and professional English.Nice-to-haveArchitecture or civil-engineering licence.Experience with heritage / historical renovations.Familiarity with PropTech, BIM, or cost-tracking software.?
