Responsibilities
Entering and maintaining contract data in the real estate accounting system
Calculating turnover rent and monthly billing of rental income and ancillary costs
Creating and sending monthly outgoing invoices for rent, ancillary costs, and service charges
Processing addenda like rent reductions, contract extensions, termination rights, and contract transfers
Performing indexing and preparing the annual turnover rent statement
Evaluating and checking rent roll in cooperation with the center manager
Calculating and invoicing the annual service charge statement, including advance payments, distribution keys, and caps
Recharging of utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water)
Supporting tenants with the creation of short-term contracts and the preparation of the corresponding invoices
Handling inquiries and calculating rental incentives
Qualifications
Degree in Economics or Finance
Well-developed expertise in Italian tax matters
Experience in real estate accounting or similar areas
Accuracy and strong numerical skills
Team player and independent worker
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Business levels in Italian & English language

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 40.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
