To support our international expansion plan, we are seeking a Real Estate & Franchise Development Manager – International, responsible for identifying and negotiating new store locations and selecting qualified franchise partners in foreign markets.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze international markets and identify high-potential areas for expansion.Research, select, and evaluate strategic locations for new store openings.Negotiate with landlords, brokers, and property owners, securing agreements aligned with brand standards.Scout, select, and evaluate potential franchise partners in target markets.Prepare feasibility studies and business plans for international openings.Coordinate with internal functions (Finance, Legal, Product, Retail) to ensure a smooth and compliant store opening process.RequirementsOver 5 years of experience in retail real estate and international franchise development.Strong knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics and franchise partnership models.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills at international level.Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.Availability to travel frequently across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia).Strong results orientation, autonomy, and a strategic mindset.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the international expansion of a fast-growing Italian brand.A dynamic and multicultural work environment.Competitive compensation package and professional growth opportunities.
