OverviewReactive Sales Coordinator - Rome Marriott Park Hotel at RUSSOTTI GESTIONI HOTELS S.p.A. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong commercial and organizational abilities to maximize revenue through bookings and to efficiently handle inquiries for group rooms and conferences.ResponsibilitiesRespond to telephone inquiries/requests for group business and corporate meetings in a timely manner and define meeting specifics.With the Team, convert Options and Tentatives to Definites by anticipating customer needs and ensuring all measures are exhausted to secure the booking.Complete handover of group files to Event and ensure Event follows up with the client within 24 hours of turnover.Suggest positive alternatives and ensure that business booked remains within hotel parameters.Timely customer follow-up on all pending options and tentative business to convert to definite.Provide contracts, BEOs and other related booking tools.
