Electrolux Professional - we are The OnE.A REGULAR DAY AT WORKTo strengthen our organization we are looking for Project Leader who will contribute to scout and develop new Strategic Initiatives and opportunities to expand Electrolux Professional’s business in the professional food equipment industry.Working in a dedicated R&D, you will Focus on the development of new strategic Initiatives as : Chains initiatives, New Open Innovation, Architecture Products, innovative modules, etc.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESClear understanding on Chains / K-accounts and Food Professionals needsKeep good technical relationship with customers assignedPrompt feed back to the customer through feasibility analysis (specification, time, cost, etc )Strong support for the definition of the technical specificationBeing part of the various R&D teams during the process of product developmentEnsure to keep informed the appropriate people with new or updated documentationProactive approach for maintaining excellent Quality and reliability of ProductFlexible and creative mind for developing dedicated special solutionStrong Teamwork approach and organizing skillsProven capability to interact with all functions in a global organization from shop floor to managementDemonstrated ability to lead change and execute business improvement projects in a large-scale global matrix organizationProactive with a go-getter mentality focusing on results and sustainable business performance, ready to share her / his knowledge with colleagues and peersAble to work in autonomy focused on targets, taking responsibility able to drive project resultsStrong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent wayStrong analytical skills and problem solving abilityStrong attitude in creating positive team-working and able to lead by influencingAbility to work independently as well as team player in a diverse, intercultural environment to resolve problems quickly, and share information and experience with othersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fieldsAt least 5 years R&D / product developmentStrong mind set on product innovationStrong knowledge on Professional Products Food (and sub-components).Very good experience and attitude on Project ManagementExperience using 3D modelling software preferable CATIA V5Familiarity with developing tools as FMEA, QFD, DFM, etc.Good familiarity with stainless Steel metal parts, plastic technology as : injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming components.fluent English; Italian will be considered a plus.Electrolux Professional is one of the leading global providers of food service, beverage and laundry for professional users.
