You will also have access to our R&D Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.About the roleThis is a fast paced and dynamic role to assist implementing assigned delivery projects and initiatives from proof of principle feasibility to successful launch into market.Your responsibilitiesUnderstanding of the Product Development Process within the teamResponsible for the maintenance of his / her laboratory equipment and working spaceFollowing the Safety and Good Housekeeping requirementsMaintaining supplies inventory and order items when neededParticipate and support projects and teams on defined taskProduction of lab samples for consumer testing, performance tests and stability testsSuggest improvement on defined processes or management of the laboratoryAccurate documentation of test resultsCollaborative working style within the team(s)The experience we're looking forHigh school diplomaGood knowledge of English, good Italian language skills.Technical experience in one or more related Research & Development area is advantageous.Ability to understand requirements of laboratory activities to support product developmentUnderstanding physical and chemical risks of R&D areaAbility to report activities accurately and in line with laboratory practice.Understanding of working with computersUnderstanding of physical and chemical principlesExperience / expertise in applying technical know-how to development of consumer products is advantageousThe skills for successGood organizational and coordinating skills that can be applied in laboratory environmentGood awareness of Laboratory practice including aspects of safety and qualityNatural ability for action.
