What will you do?Ensure the quality of a defined product portfolio and the efficient application of related Customer Satisfaction & Quality directivesContinuously monitor and improve the offer quality performanceAnalyse field failure information and customer feedback and collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders e.g., R&D, Global Customer Support, Expertise Centers and GSC to identify areas for improvements in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of the defined product portfolioInitiate, assign, and manage issue resolution to understand the root cause of field quality problems, and drive their progress through the 8D problem solving process, while giving highest priority to offer safety issuesEnsure the prioritization of corrective and preventive actions in the backlogsIn the field of offer creation, establish appropriate project quality plan with proper targets and lead its execution to ensure built-in offer qualityProvide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team throughout the development processEnsure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed during projects and anticipate and highlight any product or project risks accordinglyAssist the project manager/team on animation and decision-making processes in stage gate preparation, report and action follow-up,Support and coach the project/agile release teams on methods and quality toolsAct as a role model for taking ownership, fostering teamwork and a customer-centric mindsetWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?Engineering or other STEM degreeQuality methods (8D, 5 Why, Pareto, Isochronous, xFMEA, risk analysis, …) andquality process knowledgeKnowledge of the Agile Framework and Six Sigma preferredAbility to handle multiple tasks and working in cross-functional project teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and influenceStrong communication skills in English,Communicative Italian knowledgeAcquaintance on offer lifecycle processes and project managementProfessional experience in the field of Quality / Customer Support in an industrial environment will be considered a plusExperience with HVAC / commercial refrigeration solutions is an advantageWhat's in it for you?Open-ended contract;Flexibility on the job;Exciting work in an international company, with opportunities to lead and contribute to various projects by collaborating with cross-regional teams;Special training tailored to your needs and career goals;Development opportunities based on clear career paths to grow through experience and exposure;An environment where employees have an equal opportunity to reach their maximum potential, depending on performance and personal aspirations;Comprehensive family leave program;Ticket resturant;Let us learn about you!
