We are looking for a
Quality Process Engineer
to join the Local Quality Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES

Perform Quality Internal Audit
Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015
Management of customer claims

Promote Continuous Improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions
Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet
Monitor changes in ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance
Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners
Analyse quality data and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement
Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits
Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives

Skills & qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

University degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
A Master and/or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.g. qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt)
University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated
A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated

KNOWLEDGE

A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed
A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001)
Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan)
Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed

LANGUAGES
Fluency in Italian. A good knowledge of English is highly recommended.
