The role involves managing material and finished product quality during pre-production, production, and aftersales phases.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?For Shoes and Fashion Accessories (including Bijoux, textile accessories, etc.), your responsibilities will include:Quality Pre-productionParticipating in technical reviews, defect analysis, and risk assessments with the industrial department and suppliersCoordinating finished product tests and defining quality tolerances for productionQuality in productionValidating Masters / TDS in collaboration with the Industrialisation teamApproving inline production processesApproving first pieces of productionPlanning quality controls and invoicingReleasing production batchesMonitoring production quality KPIs, analyzing data, and reporting to Brand Management & suppliersContinuously improving quality processes at suppliers and manufacturersContinuous improvement and AftersalesSupporting the network before sales and handling after-sales claimsManaging network quality KPIs, analyzing data, and reportingManaging quality alertsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?10+ years of experience in Shoes Technician roles focused on Quality Control and IndustrialisationTechnical knowledge of main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) across categories like Elegant, Casual, and SneakersData-driven and proactive approach aiming for excellenceFluent in Italian and proficient in EnglishStrong skills in Excel and PowerPointLeadership and project management capabilitiesOpen-minded, positive, rigorous, and organizedWillingness to travel frequently within Europe (driving license preferred)WHAT WE OFFERFlexible working hoursWelfare benefitsTicket RestaurantWe seek curious, free-spirited, and determined individuals who want to join the Chloé Family.
