We seek to share this approach within our company and community.About the role :To enhance our quality control at each stage of the finished product, we are seeking a Shoes & Fashion Accessories Quality Manager based in Scandicci (FI), near our Industrial teams and manufacturers. You will manage the quality of materials and finished products during pre-production, production, and aftersales phases.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?For Shoes and Fashion Accessories (including Bijoux, textile accessories, etc.), your responsibilities will include:Quality Pre-productionParticipate in technical reviews, defect analysis, and risk assessments in collaboration with the industrial department and suppliers.Coordinate finished product testing and define quality tolerances for production.Quality in productionValidate masters / TDS in collaboration with the Industrialisation team.Approve inline production processes.Approve first pieces of production.Plan quality control and manage invoicing.Release production batches.Monitor production quality KPIs, analyze data, and report to Brand Management & suppliers.Continuously improve quality processes with suppliers and manufacturers.Continuous improvement and AftersalesSupport the network before sales and handle after-sales claims.Monitor network quality KPIs, analyze data, and report to Brand Management & suppliers.Manage quality alerts.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?10+ years of experience in Shoes Technician roles focusing on Quality Control and Industrialisation.Technical knowledge of main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) for Elegant, Casual, and Sneakers categories.Data-driven and proactive approach aiming for excellence.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.Leadership and project management skills.Open-minded, positive, rigorous, and organized.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (driver's license preferred).WHAT WE OFFERFlexible working hours.Welfare benefits.Ticket Restaurant.We seek curious, free-spirited, and determined individuals eager to join the Chloé Family.
