RINA is seeking qualified professionals for a project related to platform manufacturing in Piombino, at a construction site. The activities are scheduled from 21/07/2025 to 31/12/2025.The workweek will consist of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day.Open Positions:Quality ManagerThe Quality Manager will support quality assurance activities, including:Reviewing contractor documentation related to quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, Company Standards, and International Standards.Supporting the development of quality and completion documentation (specifications, procedures, quality plans) and implementing the quality management system.Managing special processes and related documentation.Handling non-conformities and troubleshooting.Managing documentation and certification related to the Hand Over process.Coordinating Quality Control team organization.Facilitating meetings with project teams and contractors.Coordinating completion activities.Required Skills:Knowledge of the completion process.Proven experience in similar activities within Oil & Gas companies.Good written and spoken English skills.Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.Knowledge of international standards such as ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, ASME Sections II, V, VIII, IX, API 650, API 1104, EN, NACE, etc.Certifications in Welding and/or NDT are preferred.Senior Quality Control Coordinator (Piping and Test Packs)The Coordinator will support activities including:Reviewing contractor documentation related to quality, welding, and compliance with project specifications and standards.Supporting the development of quality and welding documentation and implementing the quality management system.Managing special processes related to piping management.Participating in piping surveillance and walkdowns during execution.Managing piping testing and test pack activities.Handling non-conformities and troubleshooting.Managing documentation and certification, especially test packs.Supporting team organization and coordination for Quality Control.Facilitating meetings with project teams and contractors.Required Skills:Proven experience in similar activities within Oil & Gas companies.Good written and spoken English skills.Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.Experience in piping management.Knowledge of international standards such as ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, ASME Sections II, V, VIII, IX, API 650, API 1104, etc.Level 2 certifications in Welding and NDT are required.Job Advertisement:RINA is hiring for a quality assurance project at a construction site in Piombino.
