Social network you want to login / join with :We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector Civil for our pipeline project in Italy.The resource supervises civil quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) programs, conducting audits to verify compliance with systems, procedures, and client requirements.He / She is responsible for on-site QA / QC activities, reviewing project plans and technical specifications, performing pre-inspections of installed materials, and carrying out final inspections with the client’s representative, in accordance with ITP procedures.Duties and Responsibilities :Supervision and auditing of QA / QC programs to ensure compliance with quality systems, procedures, and client requirementsReview of construction plans and specifications to verify proper implementation and compliance on-siteConduct pre-inspections to ensure installed materials meet applicable standards, drawings, and specificationsPerform inspections and tests as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)Monitor and inspect construction activities, including piling installations, to ensure correct location and bearingInterpret design drawings to confirm installed works meet contract specificationsPrepare and submit QC reports to confirm completion of required quality control activitiesSupport the development of QC procedures and documentation in collaboration with the Construction QA / QC ManagerEnsure construction activities comply with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standardsMonitor progress against the project schedule and report deviations to managementMaintain continuous site surveillance to control construction quality and ensure adherence to QA / QC and HSE requirementsRequirements :Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent diploma and disciplineAt least 4-5 years of related work experience in the field of quality assurance and quality control, including 3 years experience in quality management of construction projectsPrevious experience on pipeline projectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishPlace of work : Central ItalyThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198 / 2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
