We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock our full potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs a Quality Inspection Leader, you will:Lead the management and execution of a multi-disciplinary quality inspection team:E&I discipline: perform quality inspections, certificates revision, Inspection Test Reports (ITR) emission;Mechanical, welding, coating, and insulation disciplines: perform quality inspections, review and validate Welding Summary List (WSL), review NDT/painting certificates, manage ITR emission, oversee flange management surveillance, monitor blowing/pipe cleaning, and attend pressure tests.Lead the Mechanical Completion Process and walk down to hand over subsystems to commissioning, according to schedule and requirements.Manage punch list points: open, track, close, and work towards reducing punch list points by at least 20% during 2025, aiming for zero at shipment.Guide the restructuring of the quality control organization in collaboration with Avenza plant leadership, including creating a new team of NDT operators.Collaborate with Avenza Quality Assurance Leader to manage NCR and RCA processes from Baker Hughes to contractors and customers.Ensure project quality documentation is kept updated, followed, and completed per standards.Act as the client’s primary contact for quality control issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.Coordinate with Construction and Engineering teams to execute the Quality Control Plan and meet client quality requirements.Implement best practice guidelines and promote continuous improvement in processes and systems.Supervise contractor audits to ensure project quality standards are met.Monitor performance KPIs such as punch list reduction, zero punch list at shipment, SR aging, and MDR turnover.Promote a culture of interdependence on HSE and Quality, ensuring full compliance with standards and policies.Coach team members to develop competencies and support their wellbeing.Contribute to cultural transformation by fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging.Engage with educational institutions to develop talent, including creating ITS courses for quality inspectors.Create a positive, collaborative environment with colleagues, internal functions, and customers to enable peak performance.Fuel your passionTo succeed in this role, you will have:Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplinesMinimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or project quality management, with at least 3-5 years in quality rolesFluency in Italian and EnglishRelevant problem-solving certifications (Lean, KT, Q.Tools, etc.)Experience leading teams of 5 or more peopleUnderstanding of process approach and QMSConflict management and negotiation skillsCustomer relationship experienceStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDesired characteristicsExcellent communication skillsAbility to influence and lead multiple projectsEffective problem identification skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsRole modeling in HSEGrowth mindsetIntermediate knowledge of turbomachinery/construction domainsWork in a way that works for youWe offer flexible working patterns, including:Flexible hoursWork-life balance policies and wellbeing activitiesPrivate medical care optionsLife insurance and disability programsFinancial benefitsAdditional voluntary benefitsWorking with usOur people are central to our success.
