Role Overview
Reporting to the QA / QC Lead, you’ll ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and help build the future of sustainable infrastructure. You’ll lead audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain quality documentation
Lead internal audits and follow up on third party visits
Identify and share best practices across regions
Deliver high quality reports to management and clients
Facilitate lessons learned and improvement sessions
Uphold IMS certifications in H&S, environment, energy, and information security

Requirements

Master’s in engineering + 3–5 years technical experience
Proven background in quality management (industry, oil & gas, construction, or digital infrastructure facilities)
Lead auditor certification (ISO 9000 series)
Strong writing, risk management, and problem solving skills
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
Fluent English, high integrity, and proactive mindset
Strong communicator, resilient under pressure, and committed to sustainable development
