The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering fieldsMin. 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the automotive sectorGood knowledge of English and ItalianPossession of Six Sigma certifications, knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methodsLeadership skills, problem solving, results orientation, flexibilityKnowledge of quality integrated systems, ISO Standards and sustainability certificationsKnowledge of SAPJob DescriptionManaging the activities of the quality departmentContinually reviewing quality processes, procedures and capabilities in order to advocate for the most cost-effective and efficient methods to meet quality requirements and making recommendations for continuous improvementSupervising the day-to-day operations related with quality, integrated system and certificationsEnsuring the application of the certifications obtained by the company, both in relation to products and processes (e.i.
