Be among the first 25 applicants to apply for this position and get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.About the Company : An important and well-established mechanical company based in Veneto, operating internationally in the industrial stamping sector for the automotive industry (blanking, sheet metal processing, assembly), with a prestigious client portfolio.Position : QUALITY ENGINEERReporting to the Quality Manager, the candidate will be responsible for, following the assigned Auto Cases :Managing quality-related APQP activities (from feasibility to monitoring);Presenting samples according to PPAP AIAG or VDA 2 standards;Preparing, conducting, and closing customer audits (process, initial qualification, etc.);Handling complaints (0 km or warranty) using the 8D method;Completing internal process audits for assigned customers (VDA 6.3 standards);Following annual product requalification processes.The engineer will operate on a client / project basis, managing the process from offer analysis (feasibility) through process design, sample presentation, to complaint management during production.We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (QE, SQE) within automotive companies. Good knowledge of automotive quality core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.) is required. Certified VDA 6.3 auditor certification is a plus. Technical diploma holders with mechanical skills may also be considered if they meet the requirements.Fluent in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of German is a plus but not essential.The workplace is located in North-East Vicenza, easily accessible from Vicenza, Treviso, and Padua.
