Its flexibility has enabled the introduction of a range of highly customisable products : from 12 kW to 34 MW.ResponsibilitiesSupport all activities related to Plants\' Quality departmentCarry out acceptance controls on electrical, electromechanical and electronic componentsSupport product problems solvingManage complaints: analyze the causes of products defects and define improvement and preventive actions in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing DepartmentsAnalyze call rate data and suggest improvement actions and implementation follow upPrepare reports on problem solving issues and on continuous improvement projectsParticipate in developing quality performance reporting systems (through KPIs)Analyze process scrap and reworks and identify action plan to reduce themQualificationsThe ideal candidate has an electric / electronics high school diploma.
