Job Description:
Description:As Black Belt Business Unit (BU) High Voltage Products, you will be responsible for integrating and leading local or global task force teams in effectively resolving major quality issues or other problems, following methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, APQP, or similar.
You may coach task force teams using real cases or case studies for practical implementation, driving business results, and supporting skill enhancement across the BU and regions (HUBs).
This position can be fulfilled remotely within Europe; we prioritize skills and experience over physical location.
Your responsibilities

Lead and implement projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance cycle time by minimizing waste, rework, etc., resulting in business improvements and higher customer satisfaction.
Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and reports on key responsibilities and objectives.
Consult with leaders and teams to identify, diagnose, and solve organizational development and effectiveness issues, implementing work group intervention strategies and creating team processes for optimal results.
Support deployment of BU Quality strategy by utilizing BU Black Belt and Green Belt resources effectively, aligning projects with strategic goals.
Lead, run, or support strategic Black Belt projects across Global Product Groups (GPGs), Regions (HUBs), and BUs.
Mentor, facilitate, and coach Green Belt certification processes and ongoing coaching.

Your background

Extensive experience (8+ years) in manufacturing and business environments.
At least 5 years of leading Lean or Six Sigma improvement projects or using related tools.
Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis, including descriptive, statistical, and graphical methods.
Ability to connect and bring together the right expertise, valuing diversity.
Strong character with capability to manage change effectively.
Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (DMAIC, 8D, A3, 3 Legged 5 Why).
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% to other locations/factories.
