Our products, systems and solutions increase the efficiency and productivity of industrial, commercial operations, homes, and improve the health and comfort of people around the world.ResponsibilitiesDrive key behaviors and actions necessary to develop and sustain a quality culture.Manage and maintain the Quality System in accordance with ISO EN 9001 requirements and other relevant legislation and standards.Represent the Management System as the person responsible for Quality.Assure required product quality with the use of Quality methodologies and techniques.Provide weekly/monthly QA plant Key Performance Reports.Monitor Cost of Poor Quality and take measures to reduce internal and external quality cost and incident rate.Plan, assure, and perform team validation of the QM system with periodic internal audits to prove QM system effectivity.Plan, assure, and perform team validation of all process inputs/outputs with appropriate records retention to meet ISO 9001 requirements.Analyze process/product risks and countermeasure them.Assure calibration process for the plant and control calibration spend.Other duties as assigned.Represent management and deal with suppliers and customers regarding the resolution of quality aspects on parts and products.Stop product/production if it is not meeting required design criteria and customer requirements.Lead internal product and process validation.Revise, monitor and continuously improve internal documentation related to the Quality Management System.Monitor all plant KPI goals and adherence to target.SystemsMS OfficeSAPETQBasic QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Quality Engineering, Occupational Quality/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leading quality and implementing quality systems and QA programs at plant level.Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor to perform audits in accordance with EN ISO 9001 requirements.Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point.Lean Culture and Behavior.
