What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Lead and manage investigations, risk evaluations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to non-conformances such as deviations, complaints, and market recalls, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Act as the primary QA contact for various departments, ensuring reliability, responsibility, and accountability in decision-making processes
Drive the implementation and application of Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools and principles across the organization
Advance process improvements in quality, supporting change programs and ensuring the realization of project objectives
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental protection within your area of responsibility
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, especially in investigation processes, root cause analysis, problem-solving, with a solid understanding of Quality Management in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
Degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnologies, etc)
Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving quality excellence in cross-functional teams
Proven experience in deploying cultural change by empowering, training, and coaching high-performing teams, leading change acting as promoter
Fluency both in Italian and English
Strategic and analytical thinking, with a Global perspective & Intercultural sensitivity
Precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management & networking and communication skills
OPEXc mind-set and education with deep knowledge of LEAN & continuous improvement tools
