Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to verify adherence to quality requirements
Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Service) to resolve quality-related issues
Train and guide personnel on quality procedures, tools, and best practices
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance KPIs, audit results, and related corrective actions
Analyze and resolve non-conformities and customer complaints
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Six Sigma
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Maintain and improve quality management systems (QMS) and related documentation

Your Qualifications & Skills

Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector
Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle)
Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is considered a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
