Job OverviewQC Spa of Wonders is seeking a Revenue Spa Jr Manager to join their Sales team.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing revenue flows, analyzing performance data, and implementing commercial strategies to maximize overall revenue for their spa facilities.ResponsibilitiesOptimize revenue through flow management and availability.Modify demand distribution strategies to increase occupancy.Analyze and report on spa performance data, including occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and other relevant KPIs.Manage operational pricing as defined by the Commercial Director.Additional responsibilities include developing weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, managing availability and distribution of online travel agency (OTA) sales channels, and providing regular updates to the Commercial Director.RequirementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.Strong team collaboration and interfunctional skills.Excellent knowledge of Excel.Availability for travel.Good written and spoken English skills.Preferred QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or wellness sector.Knowledge of revenue management software (e.g., RMS, PMS) and data analysis tools.Knowledge of French.Preferred degree in Management Engineering.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
