For our HQ in Lodi Vecchio, we are looking for a Quality Control and Packaging Development Senior Specialist to join the R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
Formula–packaging compatibility studies to ensure compliance with safety standards during use, transport, and storage.
Planning and implementation of quality controls on finished products and packaging.
Management and supervision of technical data entry (master data) in the company’s ERP system.
Handling of non-conformities.
Management of supplier complaints and customer complaints.
Creation and updating of Technical Specifications and supply agreements.
Supplier validation, including potential on-site visits.
Collaboration with the R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience (2–3 years) in Quality Control/Packaging Development within the cosmetics industry.
Knowledge of main cosmetic regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
Strong organizational and workload management skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Good command of the English language.
Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-growing and internationally oriented environment.
