On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a QA R&D Training Specialist .The selected candidate will be responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors e-learning platform, optimizing training programs and operational workflows to strengthen staff competencies and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .Key responsibilities include :System administrationSupport to international affiliatesDelivery of quality-related trainingMaintenance of training documentationMonitoring of training-related KPIsPreparation for inspections and collaboration within the QA R&D team to harmonize processes across the Group companiesRequirements :Previous experience as SAP SuccessFactors LMS AdministratorAt least 1–2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in Quality System management and GxP-related trainingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems (e.g., eDMS)Fluent English , both written and spokenJ-18808-Ljbffr
