OverviewIRBM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct and support the procurement process of goods and services following established purchasing policies and procedures optimizing price, delivery, and terms, and providing performance analysis of KPIs for the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditionsAnalyse and evaluate bids to determine optimum valueSupport budget processing, manage requests and order confirmationsAnalyse demand trends to support the management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategiesDelivers on challenging savings and cost avoidance targetsLiaise with the internal project team and providers to develop strong relationships and resolve financial related issuesIdentify potential suppliers, select them and issue purchase orders; follow upEvaluate products and services providedIdentifies and mitigates sourcing risksMonitor of contract expirations and termsCompetencies / SkillsExcellent negotiation skillsResult orientationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to plan and prioritize work to meet commitmentsAbility to build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organisationExcellent analytical skillsWorking knowledge of written and spoken EnglishRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business / engineering disciplines;At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, in medium complex and structured company contexts;In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with particular focus of ERP logic;Previous use of Microsoft Navision and PowerBi systems is an advantage;IRBM considers all qualified applicants without discrimination, including on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected classes.
