We offer plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManage the purchase of a category of selected raw materials and off-take across BA, negotiating the terms of the business relationship.Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.Coordinate between plants and TWS companies for raw materials and off-take categories to maximize aggregation effects while meeting individual production needs.Ensure management is informed and involved regarding the category.Continuously seek new supply alternatives in raw materials and off-take categories.Propose measures to improve performance and achieve annual objectives.Contribute to developing TWS purchasing strategies.Responsible for BA RM reporting and related strategic KPIs.Implement purchasing plans aligned with TWS strategy, focusing on cost savings and task fulfillment for raw material categories.Map and monitor supplier markets, innovations, relationships, and financial aspects within categories.Negotiate within raw material categories and selected items.Assist TWS companies in obtaining competitive bids.Maintain procurement agendas, provide specifications, safety data sheets, and ordering data.Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and logistics teams.Support resolution of complaints, rejected deliveries, and ensure on-time deliveries.Consider EMS and environmental care requirements when dealing with business partners.Key RequirementsTechnical or Economical University Degree.At least 5 years of proven experience as a Purchasing Manager.Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, database management, and ERP systems (preferably M3 and SAP).Strong analytical skills for data reporting and figures.Knowledge of cost structures, business contracts, sourcing, and vendor management.Understanding of internal controls for operational and regulatory compliance.Strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.Self-directed with the ability to meet deadlines amid changing priorities, with team leadership skills.Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
