The purpose of this position is to assist with any tasks associated with the purchasing and planning of materials and assist in tracking costs and materials for our projects.Tasks :Maintain a system of ordering materials, supplies, and equipment;Process returns and credits, coordinates material pickup if applicable;Contractor and Vendor invoice problem resolution;Confirmation of order quantity, pricing, and availability;Create purchase orders and ensure accuracy of orders;Communicate orders to vendors;Coordinate proof of delivery / pick tickets;Assist with standardization compliance of routing guidelines;Create reports as needed for specific projects;Track project specific costs;Manage insurance policies and related issues;Manage company car fleet and related issues;Manage KYC documentation.Job practicalities / Skills and qualifications :Project based purchasing / project management skills;Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal and written;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Ability to be proactive, take initiative, handle multiple responsibilities, and ensure follow-through;Ability to create and maintain positive interpersonal relationships;Degree in Economics or related is preferred.If you are interested, please click :J-18808-Ljbffr
