About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary youth mental health team, supporting young people aged 12–25 in a primary care setting. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based individual and group interventions, conduct assessments, coordinate care, and collaborate with a range of professionals and services. You'll also help develop group programs and actively participate in supervision and team meetings. If you're committed to making a difference in youth mental health, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience Requirements:

Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and/or other evidence-based therapies with young people aged 12-25 with mental health disorders
Skills in involving young people in their own care and applying inclusive practice principles
Skills in family inclusive practice
Ability to deliver age and developmentally appropriate care

Qualification And Other Requirements:

Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (social work, psychology, mental health nursing)
Membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g., AASW for social workers, AHPRA registration for psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists)
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)

Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist:

Masters or equivalent in psychology, with 2+ years of experience in clinical mental health, preferably community-based
Registered with AHPRA

Clinical Psychologist:

Must have endorsement in clinical psychology from the Psychology Board of Australia

Mental Health Nurse:

Accredited with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
2+ years of experience in clinical mental health, preferably community-based

Social Worker:

Accredited as a Mental Health Social Worker with AASW
2+ years of experience in clinical mental health, preferably community-based

Occupational Therapist:

Registered with AHPRA
Degree from a recognised School of Occupational Therapy
2+ years of experience in clinical mental health, preferably community-based
