About The RoleWe are looking for a Healthcare Provider Account Manager to oversee our medical provider network in Italy. Based near Aviano, you will manage key provider relationships, coordinate all stages of the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.You will ensure providers are well-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing client-driven processes.This is a frontline, provider-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational understanding, and a solutions-focused mindset. You will engage directly with senior provider stakeholders to drive performance, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.Around 50% travel within the Aviano area is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the healthcare providers in their portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the provider and a seamless integration within our provider networkEstablish the engagement strategy for own portfolio, based on the regional/country strategy developed by the Provider Network Management Team with the purpose of reaching the contractual objectives related to the host nation providers, focused with priority on reaching the medical record collection KPIs and the Network coverage and accuracy objectives and requirementsCoordinate internally the key processes in the lifecycle of a provider, such as identifying, assessing, adding/removing a provider from the networkBecome the escalation point for internal and external provider related topics related to his/her own portfolio, getting involved to remove barriers providers might pose towards following the client program requirements and Medical Record Collection requirementsCollaborate with the Program Team, the Quality Teams and the Medical Services and Operations Teams to understand and adjust the Provider Network composition and portfolio according to the Client's needsSearch, identify and manage new provider partnerships in response to Client needsManage key processes in the collection and maintenance of provider related data in collaboration with the Network Services Team, Clinical Quality Team, Site Assessment Team and Medical TeamsProvide ongoing provider support through issue resolution and customer service in the provision of medical records, including strategies for the optimization of medical record submission including Electronic Health Record (EHR) transfer.Identify key problem areas of client and / or provider concerns and coordinate or activate resolution, eg. Claims, Credentialing, Site Assessments, etc.
About YouProven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experiencePrevious exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management a plusBachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experiencePost graduate degree an advantageInsurance, medical provider or nursing experience an advantageHighly proficient in English (written and verbal)Highly proficient in Italian(written and verbal)Highly proficient in French (written and verbal) desirableSelf-starter, self-driven to deliver resultsAbility to establish and maintain relationships with clients / providers / suppliers and cross departmental team membersProven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions – including senior management levelsNegotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skillsDynamic and creative problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
